Whey Protein & Yogurt Parfait

  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 1-2 cups of plain greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop ReNourish Whey Protein, Vanilla Bean
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • ¼ cup of raspberries
  • ¼ cup of granola
  • Sugar free whipped cream (just for fun)

Note: The recommended measurements all depend on how big your cup is and how much fruit you want to add. Have fun with it!

Start with a handful of blueberries at the bottom of your cup. Consider using a Mason jar. In a bowl, mix 2 cups of yogurt with one scoop of ReNourish Whey Protein. After the mixture appears consistent, spoon half on top of the blueberries. Then, drizzle a small amount of honey on top. Now it’s time for the raspberries! Put the raspberries on top of the honey and add the rest of the yogurt mixture. Pour some granola on the yogurt. Top the mixture with whipped cream, sprinkle more granola and drizzle a little bit more honey! Enjoy!
